Extending your RV Gold access

Our standard practice is to retire student accounts after 2 years, assuming that most students would have completed their Diploma Program within this timeframe. However, we acknowledge that individual circumstances can vary. If you find yourself in a situation where you need more time to access our resources, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Our Support Team: Send an email to our support team at support@revisionvillage.com explaining your situation and the reason for needing an extension. Make sure to include your account details, such as your username or registered email address, for a faster response.

  2. Provide Necessary Information: In your email, kindly provide any relevant information, such as your current academic status, the anticipated completion date of your Diploma Program, and the duration of the extension you require.

  3. Review and Confirmation: Our support team will review your request and get back to you with the outcome. If approved, they will provide instructions on how to proceed with the extension.

It's important to note that Revision Village accounts are not transferable between individuals. Each student should have their own separate account to ensure security, personalization and maintain lawful access to copyrighted resources.
